At Pet Oasis, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably to all parts of Egypt. Below are the details of our shipping process:

2. You Will Receive a call  or whatsapp Confirmation Message

3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive

4. Pick up Your Order at The Checkout Area

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
  • Please note: We currently do not ship to remote areas or North Sinai.

Delivery Methods

  • Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered through our own delivery team.
  • Other governorates: Orders are shipped via Egypt Post.
  • In-store pickup is also available from any of our branches.

Delivery Time

  • Express Areas (within 1 hour)
    Agouza, Dokki, Mohandessin, Manial, Garden City, Zamalek, Downtown, Sayeda Zeinab, Nasr City and Heliopolis.
    Delivery time may vary if the product is not available at the nearest branch.
  • Rest of Cairo & Giza
    Delivery within 24 hours.
  • Other Governorates
    Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Fees

Cairo & Giza
Shipping fee is EGP 75.

  • For other governorates, shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping on all orders above EGP 1000 in Cairo & Giza.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed by phone before shipping to ensure accuracy and address any issues before dispatch.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, we will cover all costs to resend the correct product as soon as possible.

Product Inspection

For orders shipped via Egypt Post, the courier does not allow order inspection before payment, as per their policy.
However, if you face any issues after receiving your order, we are always here to help and support you.
